We believe off-duty work should be safe, simple, and transparent - for everyone involved. RollKall exists to bridge the gap between agencies, officers, and communities through innovative technology that streamlines operations while strengthening trust.
I co-founded RollKall with my partner, Ben Poch, with a mission to serve Peace Officers and the communities they are sworn to represent. My goal is to bring clarity, transparency, and accountability to the services and programs defined by their licensing agencies and requested by members of their communities. Currently, law enforcement agencies across America are engaging in deep, honest conversations with their constituents to find ways to increase community awareness and improve communication with their departments. They seek methods to provide visibility into their officers’ activities and opportunities to gain trust with those under their care. That is the essence of RollKall. That is what we are dedicated to doing.
At RollKall, we've developed a unique and exceptional platform for managing extra-duty requests. This platform is revolutionizing the way communities interact with their Peace Officers. Through our work, we're setting new standards and expectations for the off-duty and extra-duty law enforcement security industry. It's a measure I believe will be embraced and accepted by the honorable men and women who pin their badge on every day, striving to be the public servants we need them to be.
Chris White, co-founder and managing partner of RollKall, spent nearly 20 years as a law enforcement officer in East Texas. Almost every single weekend and evening, he worked off-duty security for a subdivision and on oil fields.
During a conversation with Ben Poch (Industry expert and Co-Founder of RollKall), the two of them realized that there needed to be an easier way to coordinate and manage off-duty jobs across cities and states.
And so, RollKall was launched in 2013 to make it easy for law enforcement agencies to manage their extra-duty programs while providing the oversight and transparency they and their communities are searching for.
RollKall has enabled more than $1 billion in off-duty payments, has served more than 59,000 officers from more than 1,420 law enforcement agencies in 38 states, including Detroit Police Department, Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, Honolulu Police Department, Dallas Police Department, Miami Police Dempartment, Cincinnati Police Department, and more. Officers have worked more than 9.5 million jobs from RollKall, totaling more than 54 million hours.
