Chris White is the Founder and Chairman of RollKall Technologies, LLC, and a seasoned veteran of public service. Nearly 30 years ago, he began his career in law enforcement, balancing long hours on duty with countless off-duty jobs to support his family. Those experiences revealed inefficiencies in how off-duty work was managed and inspired him to launch Innovative Surveillance Solutions (ISS) in 2006. ISS was created to streamline off-duty job requests for businesses and became the foundation for Chris’s career in building solutions that connect law enforcement with their communities.

In 2010, after retiring as Chief Investigator with his Sheriff’s Office, Chris committed fully to entrepreneurship, dedicating himself to supporting officers through technology. His passion for innovation and service led him to co-found RollKall Technologies in 2013, a company designed to modernize and simplify the traditionally manual processes of scheduling, invoicing, and payments tied to off-duty and extra-duty assignments. RollKall quickly became a leader in improving transparency and accountability in this critical area.

Under Chris’s leadership, ISS was recognized as the 45th fastest-growing company in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine in 2014 after posting a 5,605% growth rate over three years. In 2016, ISS evolved into the Athos Group, a parent company created to drive continued innovation and growth through strategic acquisitions. Athos became the umbrella for RollKall Technologies and Summit Off-Duty Services, the latter of which was successfully sold in 2023. His accomplishments were further celebrated when he was honored as an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2023 Southwest finalist, underscoring his vision, impact, and influence in building transformative businesses.

His mission is rooted in clarity, transparency, and integrity, ensuring that officers and agencies have the tools to operate more effectively while businesses and communities benefit from safer, more accountable practices.
