His career spans client management, customer success, and executive operations, giving him a rare view of how revenue growth and operational excellence reinforce one another.
He began as a scheduler for a security services company before moving into sales across the retail, oil and gas, and education sectors. He was soon promoted into customer success, where he managed high-value enterprise accounts and led strategic initiatives that grew client revenue by 20 percent year over year. He later advanced to Vice President of Operations, helping shape company-wide processes, implement KPIs, introduce technology to scale operations, and build a best-in-class service delivery model.
