Conor Cafferty serves as Chief Financial Officer at RollKall, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and infrastructure as RollKall continues scaling its public safety workforce management platform nationwide.

Conor brings extensive leadership experience across high-growth SaaS, payments, and financial operations organizations. Prior to joining RollKall, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Ladle and Affinaquest. Before those roles, he spent more than six years at Nexus, a Mainsail Partners portfolio company focused on AP automation and payments for commercial real estate.

During his time at Nexus, Conor served as VP of Finance and Payments and played a central role in building and scaling the company’s FP&A, accounting, treasury, and network analytics functions. His leadership helped support a period of significant growth that culminated in the company’s acquisition by Bottomline Technologies and Thoma Bravo.

At RollKall, Conor helps guide the company’s next phase of growth as the platform expands beyond off-duty management into enterprise public safety workforce management, payments infrastructure, compliance, and operational transparency for agencies nationwide.
