Ben Poch, the Chief Innovation Officer of RollKall, co-founded the company in 2012. He got his start as the first sales employee of the digital advertising startup ReachLocal. Rising through senior positions, he became Vice President of National Brands before ReachLocal went public in 2010. Afterward, he played a crucial role in establishing Club Local, a home services marketplace, which was later acquired by Groupon and rebranded as Serviz before being sold to Porch. Prior to joining Athos leadership in 2015, Ben served as Vice President of National Brands at Scorpion Design, focusing on franchisors' online presence.

During his tenure at Athos, Ben held various roles, including COO and CRO, and leading the development team that created RollKall. In 2018, Ben assumed the role of CEO, overseeing RollKall's significant growth from a small SaaS platform to an industry leader processing over $100M in annual gross booked payments. Apart from his professional success, Ben is an avid Master Scuba Diver, exploring reefs worldwide, and enjoys traveling with his wife, with whom he has one son.
