LEAs, coordinators, staff and businesses using the web portal will have an improved mobile experience managing jobs. This improvement provides an easier transition between desktop and mobile.
In the mobile app, officers can now filter open jobs by a specific client in the mobile app. This feature is helpful for officers that regularly work recurring jobs for the same client.
How it works
When viewing available jobs, select client from the filter dropdown menu and select the desired client to view open jobs.
Both businesses and agencies now have the ability to view invoices paid in the prior 6 months without running a report through the portal.
How it works
Paid invoices are in the recently paid column to the right of the disputes column in the payment section of the portal.
Any paid invoices previous to 6 months are still available by running a report.
