Easily track and invoice use of department vehicles for off-duty jobs

Off-Duty jobs sometimes require officers to use department vehicles as part of their assignment. This could include using vehicles in a stationary role (like blocking areas off) or to patrol larger areas. In any case, tracking the use of department vehicles for off-duty jobs is essential to the transparency of an off-duty program, especially if the agency or city needs to collect fees for the use of their vehicles.

Agency administrators now have the ability to turn on RollKall's vehicle tracking feature, which provides the following useful benefits:

  • Provide officers with the ability to record which vehicle they use during a job and how much mileage is added to it
