In our latest product release, RollKall is working to make sure administrators and coordinators never miss important updates or alerts about off-duty jobs. We’ve added a notification function so web portal users can have quick and easy access to important alerts.
New Features:
Portal Notifications - In the new notifications log, users will be able to quickly see updates and messages to ensure that they are always up to date on important events and reminders that need their attention.Some examples of these alerts include notices that an officer is late to an off-duty assignment or an officer is not currently onsite when they are supposed to be. These alerts will also include the number that the officer can be reached at so the situation can be quickly rectified. This allows coordinators and administrators to provide top-notch service to clients and ensure things don’t slip through the cracks without them knowing.
How It Works:
After the user receives the notification, they simply click the bell symbol and the top right of the screen and the updates will appear. Screen shots are included below.
