Our latest update to the RollKall platform features the addition of a new internal coordinator role within the agency portal, allowing administrators more specific controls over permissions. The platform now features three roles: Admin, Coordinator and Staff.
Coordinator role features
The new coordinator role creates the ability for an internal coordinator to manage their own groups, clients and jobs. An internal coordinator can also be assigned to a specific client. As a result, a coordinator maintains ownership of their own clients, jobs and job details such as invoicing and payments.

How it works
When logging into the agency portal and navigating the agency settings, an Admin can select or change a user’s access type to internal coordinator within the user’s profile.
For agencies currently on the RollKall platform, Admins will need to change the appropriate user profiles for those officers that coordinate off-duty and require these capabilities.
