We received great feedback from businesses and officers using RollKall that it would be nice to have a feature where we let clients know who the officers are that will be working their job.

We’ve worked to figure out the best way to incorporate this functionality and are excited to announce the launch of the “Meet Your Officer” emails.

Now, when a job is scheduled and officers are assigned, businesses will automatically receive an email from the RollKall platform. The message will include a quick introduction of all officers working the shifts and also include photos so businesses will know who to be looking out for. 

This provides more transparency upfront and helps businesses and officers foster a positive working relationship. If businesses get to know the officers working more personally, there is a greater likelihood they will request the same officers in the future.
