Enhance security with Two-Factor Authentication for the RollKall app

In December 2022, RollKall introduced Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for the RollKall mobile app. 2FA is an enhanced security measure that uses the officers’ phone number to protect their account and prevent unauthorized access.

All officers who sign up for RollKall after November 2022 will have 2FA by default. Officers who signed up for RollKall prior to November 2022 can enable 2FA in the settings section of the app (provided that they have downloaded the latest version of the app from the app store).

To enable 2FA, navigate to the settings page within the app and select “Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)”

Tap the toggle to enable 2FA

Follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup process for 2FA.
