New location for tools on invoicing page

RollKall provides a wide array of tools to help coordinators and officers manage invoices for their clients. In June, 2024, RollKall updated its interface to make these tools more easily accessible. These changes apply to the invoicing page in the agency portal.

All tools that used to appear at the bottom of the page when editing an invoice will now be conveniently located at a toolbar at the top of the screen. This toolbar will now scroll with the user’s view, so they can be accessed regardless of how far down the page the user has scrolled.
