Our latest update to the RollKall platform has two new features for improved job customization and payment options.

New Features: 

ACH is available immediately without having to verify the account

Clients paying invoices no longer have to verify microdeposits before making a payment via ACH, allowing instantaneous ACH invoice payments.

How it works:

1. Click to view and pay the invoice.
2. To pay by ACH, simply select the ACH tab at the top of the screen.
3. Once ACH method has been selected, enter the routing and account number and make the invoice payment.

Restrict jobs to a specific rank

Positions within a job can now indicate if a specific rank is required to apply for a position and even restrict the position to the indicated rank.

How it works:

1. When creating a position, select Yes from the “Does this position require a minimum rank?” dropdown. 
2. Then select the desired specific rank from the dropdown. 
3. Users can now select the check box to restrict the position to only the rank selected. 

Invoice White-Labeling

RollKall is allowing agencies to white label invoices. This means your agency can now brand invoices and other communications with your department name and logo.
