Customizable Invoice Disclaimer

Starting in August, 2022, LEA administrators, and internal and external coordinators have the ability to add customizable disclaimers to officer generated invoices. These areas allow for specific payment instructions, terms and conditions, or any other message the user wishes to display on the invoice.

There are three ways a disclaimer can be added to an officer-generated invoice.

• LEA administrators can add a disclaimer at the agency level that will appear on all officer-generated invoices for the agency.
• LEA administrators, and internal and external coordinators can add a disclaimer that will appear on officer-generated invoices for specific clients. This will override the previous agency level disclaimer for those specific clients.
• LEA administrators, and internal and external coordinators can add or edit a disclaimer that appears on any individual officer-generated invoice before sending it to the client. This will override any previous disclaimer applied to that individual invoice.
