Bulk assign jobs to officers

In September 2022, RollKall added the ability to bulk assign officers to jobs in the RollKall platform. With bulk assignment, you can build multiple jobs, then assign officers to all of those jobs with fewer steps. This is especially useful if you want to fill jobs across multiple days.
