View Only User Type

A new user type - View Only - is now available for agencies

Occasionally, an agency administrator or Commander may need access to view all jobs in a specific zone without the ability to make edits. The “View Only” user type is able to see ALL jobs in the platform, but the user cannot edit, post or assign officers. They also don’t have access to other parts of the platform; just the jobs.

The View Only user will be able to see all jobs on the platform for their LEA and utilize job filters, but they cannot do the following:

  1. Assign officers, post or un-post jobs, add notes, edit, duplicate or delete jobs
  2. Assign officers to the job from the jobs page or from the details page. 

The View Only user will be able to view:

  1. All jobs including active, upcoming, unfilled and completed jobs
  2. Job reports
  3. Basic account settings
