The client portal is where businesses and events can go to manage their interactions with officers from local law enforcement agencies. It is used for important tasks, such as viewing upcoming jobs and paying officer invoices. It is also used to create new requests for officers.
In September, 2023, RollKall added the ability for clients to send their requests directly to specific coordinators, based on the location of the job that the client specifies. Selecting the specific coordinator for new jobs will streamline the scheduling process for both clients and coordinators.
On submitting the form, the client will now also see a message that confirms which coordinator the request was sent to.
On the agency side, coordinators will be notified when a new job request has been sent to them, at which time they can continue creating the job in the RollKall agency portal.
