One of the ways RollKall provides accountability to law enforcement agencies is by requiring officers to clock in and out of jobs, providing a verifiable start and stop time for extra-duty jobs. This also streamlines the invoicing process by using the clock in and clock out times from the timecard to generate an invoice for the client.
Sometimes, however, it is necessary to edit the officer’s time card to accurately reflect the officer’s service or compensation. That’s why in June, 2024, RollKall made it even easier to edit timecards.
The time card is now available to edit in more views throughout the platform. This includes the invoicing view, when agency invoicing is the selected form of invoicing for a given job. Users will now notice the ability to click on a timecard from the invoicing view, which will open the timecard and allow editing of the start time, end time, and timecard change reasons.
