Once the job is done, sending a completed invoice to the client is just a few clicks away.
In June 2024, RollKall enhanced the photo attachment feature, enabling officers who work jobs invoiced through the agency to add photo attachments to their timecards, which are included in the invoice. Previously, this feature was available only to officers who invoiced the client directly.
This feature is particularly useful when additional information is required to process an invoice. Officers can conveniently include pictures, relevant images, or screenshots of additional documents directly from the RollKall mobile app.
Coordinators can easily view or download these attachments. To use this feature, click the "attachments" button in the toolbar at the top of the invoice screen to view all attachments. Alternatively, click the paperclip icon next to the officer's name in the invoice to view or download the photo attachment.
