As of August, 2022, the behavior of the auto clock out feature has been adjusted. Before the update, for jobs paid through the RollKall platform, officers were automatically clocked out an hour after the job’s scheduled end time.
The feature will still activate an hour after the job's scheduled end time if the officer forgets to clock out of a job. However, the end time that will automatically be entered if an officer forgets to clock out will now be the job's scheduled end time, instead of an hour later when auto clock out is activated.
If the officer gets automatically clocked out, they still have the ability to confirm their actual hours worked before submitting.
